Gay Canary Guide was born as a comprehensive source of information for tourism and the LGBTQ+ community in the Canary Islands, its own project designed to fill the information gap faced by a large part of the tourists belonging to the gay community in the Canary Islands. Before Gay Canary Guide the information regarding the location of our nightclubs, all types of bars, exclusively gay hotels and resorts, shops, as well as the location of nudist beaches, gay areas and the different paradises that the Canary Islands can offer to our Visitors were very scarce and in some aspects it still is today.

With a focus on diversity and inclusion, Gay Canary Guide provides general and personalized recommendations, news and relevant events to fully enjoy gay life in the Canary archipelago, inviting our visitors to discover everything the Canary Islands have to offer. Offer to the LGBTQ+ community.

Gay Canary Guide has been funded all these years by our own pockets and by the income generated by some of our marketing services & merch. Beyond that, keeping it updated, online and expanding its content on a regular basis is expensive.
